"Called the company and left a message, the next day a customer service rep (young lady) called back and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was late getting home to meet them for the estimate, and by the time I finally arrived home, the guys had already completed measurements for the exterior garage. After I received an estimate (via email in 2 days), I immediately contacted my insurance company and submitted it. The estimate was very detailed, as the insurance company would not accept the estimates from my prior contractors (not very detailed) and we immediately set up a start date for my roofing project. The project went smooth from beginning to end, the guys were very thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this contractor / company to anyone looking for down home traditional and professional service.
