The cost of materials needed for repair. Paint or materials that are not supplied or approved by P.M.H.I.S. Paint defects caused by severe weather. Normal wear and tear. Paint surfaces in poor condition (rough, loose, damaged, or rotted wood). Water or moisture damages. Severe peeling prior to start of work.
